Albion Online’s much-hyped Wild Blood update is now live with Buy Albion Online Silver the new shapeshifter and tracking system in tow. The new weapon line gives players the ability to transform into one of seven primal shape-forms based on the shapeshifter stave they’re wielding.

“This update introduces a host of fantastical creatures to Albion, and gives players the power to harness this primal magic for themselves,” Sandbox Interactive announced. “Shapeshifter Weapons, allows players to shift between human and non-human form, bringing a whole new element to combat in Albion, and a new layer to the game’s ‘you are what you wear’ system.”

The new shapeshifter weapons ties in with the new tracking system which will reward them with the rare materials that they’ll need to craft their chosen stave. “In addition to assuming the form of fearsome beasts, players can hunt them as well, in a new open-world feature: Tracking. Players can search for the tracks of these creatures and follow them across regions, before coming face-to-face with them in a final showdown,” the studio explained.

Wild Blood also introduced the ability for players to own multiple personal islands which have been revamped to better reflect the aesthetic, atmosphere, and biome of its host city. Each island will also offer unique farming bonuses based on the city its attached to.

New potions and awakened weapons have also been added Albion Online Currency with Wild Blood’s release. You can check out the full patch notes on the Albion Online official site.
